Toys for Tots 5K

Toys for Tots 5K takes place in Wilmington on November 1, 2026, with the 5K (3.1 miles) starting at 9 a.m. This annual race includes a post-race meal and drinks along with a long-sleeve shirt for participants, and children aged seven and under can take part in a fun run at no charge.

The awards structure is unusually deep, covering the overall male and female winners, masters and grandmasters, the top three in each age group, the top male and female walkers, and the winners of the kids' race, which means a well-run age-group effort has a real chance of earning something.
