The Twilight Run 5K - Canfield is an evening 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk in Canfield, starting at 9:30 p.m. on June 11, 2027. Organized by the Canfield XC Boosters, the professionally timed race starts and finishes at Canfield High School.

The course follows residential streets and a paved trail before finishing on the track. Awards go to the top male and female finishers overall and in each age group. Proceeds benefit the Canfield Cross Country program.
