About

The Rogue Marathon in Talent bills itself as the fastest marathon in Oregon: it is ranked No. 1 in the state and 19th in the United States for speed. On October 10, 2027, it offers the marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km) at 6:50 a.m., a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 8:00 a.m. and a 10K run/walk at 9:00 a.m. With a net drop of about 1,000 feet (305 m) and a profile suited to Boston qualifying, the point-to-point course along the Bear Creek Greenway is built for personal bests.

The race starts by Emigrant Lake and passes golden vineyards, tree-lined parks and enthusiastic locals before reaching a festive downtown Medford. There is much more than fast runners here: live music, great food, custom swag and a family atmosphere make the event a Rogue Valley tradition.
