The Race - Atlanta

The Race - Atlanta takes place on October 2, 2027, in East Point, with two road races: a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) starting at 7:00 a.m. and a 5K (3.1 miles) at 7:15 a.m., both chip-timed. Remote participation is also possible, with race swag mailed to participants' homes and results reporting for runners who cannot travel.

Every registration includes a technical T-shirt, a medal, a commemorative bib and a patch, and an expo, meetups and talks round out the weekend. The event also extends into a day of community action, the Community Impact Service Day, open to athletes, volunteers and partners, and feeds a charitable fund. With fifteen minutes between the two starts, groups can come together without picking the same distance: the 5K for a comeback run, the half to put fall training to the test.
