About

Run for Donuts 5K/10K/13.1 ATLANTA brings runners together in Atlanta, Georgia, on September 25, 2027, with a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K, a 5K and a 1-mile Family Fun Run, all starting together at 7:30 a.m. The race gets its name from the donuts served at the finish.

The event welcomes everyone from beginners to trained runners, and timing is optional, so the 5K can be a relaxed group run or an all-out effort. The half marathon calls for more preparation: three runs a week for two to three months, including a long run, is a reasonable base. Start waves are limited in number, and every participant goes home with a performance T-shirt, a finisher medal and a digital training pack.
