The Clemson Wildlife Trail Run in Central, South Carolina, offers a trail marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km), a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) and a 10K (6.2 miles) in the Clemson University forest. It is a charity event organized by the Clemson Wildlife Society.

On September 25, 2027, the marathon starts at 7:30 a.m., the half marathon at 8:00 a.m. and the 10K at 8:30 a.m. The scenic trails range from roads and gravel tracks to narrow lakeside dirt paths, with natural obstacles such as roots, rocks and branches. Registration includes a custom race T-shirt.
