About

The Catsmacker Trail Run is a donation-based trail run at the Lake Sylvia Day Use Area in Perryville, Arkansas, held on May 22, 2027, at 7:00 a.m., with two distances: about 20 miles (32.2 km) and a fun run of about 12 miles (19.3 km). Participants can choose their distance on the day.

The course combines paved roads, gravel roads and trails. Parking is limited, so carpooling is recommended. There will be aid stations, but runners should bring their own water and snacks. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Volunteer help is essential for tasks such as setup, staffing aid stations and sweeping the course. All profits go to the nonprofit AURA, and donations are non-refundable.
