Sunrise Marathon 5K/10K/13.1 KANSAS CITY takes place in Kansas City on December 12, 2026. Four distances share a single 7:30 a.m. start: the half marathon (13.1 miles), the 10K, the 5K and a one-mile family fun run. Registration is handled separately for each event, but the schedule is the same for all of them, so a group can enter different distances and still arrive, warm up and finish together.
