About

The Sunny Slope 5K Fun Run/Walk in Egg Harbor is held at the Oak Road Nature Preserve on June 26, 2027, starting at 8:05 a.m. This 5K (3.1 miles) keeps things simple, with no bibs, clocks or medals, and puts the focus on connection, purpose and the joy of moving.

Sponsored by Scotty's Pub + Grub, Bridge Up Brewing and Liberty Sport Fishing Charters, the race donates all net proceeds to the Lakeshore CAP Door County Food Pantry, which helps local families in need. Participants are asked to follow the "leave no trace" principle to preserve the preserve's natural beauty.
