The Unified Group Services Run/Walk for Cancer in Anderson, Indiana, offers a 5K (3.1-mile) run/walk and a 1-mile walk, both starting at 1 p.m. on April 11, 2027, in support of the Ascension St. Vincent Anderson cancer center. The 5K starts and finishes on the track, while walkers can opt for a brisk lap of the 7/8-mile Harrah's Hoosier Park track.
