About

St. Paddy's Day Lucky Run Dallas-Fort Worth takes place in Fort Worth, Texas, on March 20, 2027. The program covers a 13.1-mile half marathon, a 10K, a 5K and a one-mile family fun run, and every one of them starts at 7:30 a.m. under the same St. Patrick's banner.

A four-distance card is a good reason to enter the race you are actually trained for rather than the one that sounds most impressive. The 10K is the sweet spot for many runners: hard enough to be a real result, short enough to recover from in a few days. If you take on the half instead, twelve weeks with a long run out to 11 miles and some steady-pace work will get you there, and the family mile gives everyone else in the household something to run.
