About

The Squeeze the Day 5k takes place in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on September 11, 2027, with a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 1 Mile Fun Run, both starting at 8 a.m. The event benefits the Methodist Children's Home of Southwest Louisiana, which provides intensive residential services for children ages 12 to 17 with emotional and behavioral challenges.
