The Spring Festival 10K Run and 5K Run/Walk in Moses Lake is a family-friendly event on May 22, 2027, with options for both runners and walkers. The 10K Run (6.2 miles) starts at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles) follows at 8:05 a.m.

Both races start and finish at the Surf n Slide water park. Teams can also compete for the Medicine Cup, awarded to the top team from the area’s medical clinics.
