The Sorghum Shuffle 5K is a 5K (3.1-mile) race in downtown Springfield on October 2, 2027, starting at 8:00 a.m. It is part of the United Way Tri-County Trifecta, along with the Spirit 5K in Bardstown and the Pokey Pig 5K in Lebanon, and participants who complete all three races receive extra awards.
Top runners are recognized in several age groups. Early registrants may receive a T-shirt, and kids 9 and under can run for free.
