Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 NYC Central brings a relaxed race morning to New York on August 28, 2027, with a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K (6.2 miles), a 5K (3.1 miles) and a Family 1 Mile Fun Run, all starting at 7:30 a.m. Open to all ages and abilities, the event encourages jogging or walking at an easy pace in a welcoming environment, without the pressure of competitive timing.

Multiple start waves are available, along with a virtual race option. Each participant receives a race T-shirt and a finisher medal, as well as access to local running clubs. The goal is to strengthen community spirit, promote fitness and support charitable initiatives through the miles logged.
