The Sloane Swanton 5K Research Run takes place in Westerville on August 29, 2027, with a 5K (3.1-mile) run/walk at 9 a.m. and an untimed kids' fun run of about 100 meters at 8:45 a.m.

The charity race supports research into pediatric chordoma, in memory of Sloane Swanton, who battled a rare brain tumor. Participants can take part in person or virtually, contributing to vital research toward new treatments.
