The Siskiyou Out Back Trail Running Festival takes place in Ashland on July 10–11, 2027, with a 100K (62.1 miles) at 5 a.m. and a 50K (31.1 miles) at 7 a.m. on July 10, then a 15K (9.3 miles) at 9 a.m. and an 8K (5 miles) at 9:45 a.m. on July 11.

Nicknamed SOB, the festival is set in the Rogue Valley and uses the Pacific Crest Trail and the Siskiyou Mountains, with views of Mount Shasta and the Cascade Range. Over two days, several distances are offered, from accessible races to a demanding 100K, with camping, food and live music on site.
