The Sip and Stride 5K takes place at Running Hare Vineyard in Prince Frederick on September 18, 2027, starting at 9:00 a.m., in support of Holly's Heart foundation. Runners of every fitness level are invited to enjoy a scenic 5K course (3.1 miles) that ends with a complimentary glass of wine.
Proceeds help provide families with keepsakes of their loved ones' heartbeats. Registration includes chip timing, a custom T-shirt, a drink ticket and a participation medal. Awards will go to the top finishers in several age groups.
