The Shaker Lakes Hike & Run offers a day of outdoor adventure in Shaker Heights, in the Cleveland area, on September 12, 2027, in a lively atmosphere for participants of all ages. Timed road races include a 10K Run (6.2 miles) at 8:30 a.m. and a 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles) at 8:45 a.m., along with a relaxed 1 Mile Run/Walk at 8:35 a.m.

Guided hikes, all starting at 8:45 a.m., offer a chance to explore the beautiful Shaker Lakes parklands: the 5-6 Mile Gorge Hike, the 4 Mile Rim of the Gorge Hike and the 2 Mile Shaker Historical Hike. Awards go to the top male and female runners and to the winners of each age group.
