The Prospect Park Half Marathon winds through the green heart of Brooklyn's Prospect Park, past its lakes and ponds, in New York City. The half marathon (13.1 miles) route makes for a scenic tour of one of the city's most beloved green spaces. Visiting runners are close to some of New York's biggest draws, including the Brooklyn Bridge, the Museum of Modern Art, Coney Island with its beach and amusement park, and Central Park.
