The Screw City DUATHLON & 2 MILE RUN/WALK, organized by RockRiver Multisport, offers events for athletes of all levels on July 18, 2027: a duathlon over 2 miles of running, 14 miles of cycling and 2 more miles of running (3.2 km, 22.5 km, 3.2 km), a duathlon team relay and a 2 mile run/walk, all starting at 8:00 a.m. Participants can compete individually or as a team.

All events start and finish at Peak Sports Club in Loves Park, Illinois. A fitness challenge is also offered to participants after the race.
