The Run With The Deer Flies 25K & 15K, 8k takes place at Camp Seph Mack, near Penn Run, Pennsylvania, in the Cherryhill Township area, with 25K (15.5 miles), 15K (9.3 miles) and 8K (5 miles) trail races all starting at 8:00 a.m. on July 25, 2027. Organized by trail runners for trail runners, it covers a mix of singletrack, pipeline paths, swamps, hills and creek crossings.

Aid stations are set roughly every 6 km (about 3.7 miles), and each race is capped at 100 runners. The event supports Indiana County parks and trails as well as the citizens' ambulance service. Every finisher gets a medal and is entered in a prize drawing, and a hamburger and hot dog cookout follows the race.
