The Run For Their Lives 5K - Allison Park is an annual 5K (3.1 miles) on September 18, 2027, starting at 7:30 a.m., held to raise awareness and funds for education and advocacy for people with bleeding disorders. Participants can choose an in-person race at North Park in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, or a virtual race.

Every participant receives a T-shirt, a medal and a goody bag; virtual runners can have theirs mailed or pick them up on site. The event also includes a walk in support of the Western PA Bleeding Disorder Foundation, and proceeds help support people with bleeding disorders in western Pennsylvania.
