The Run For The Cure 5K takes place in Milford on August 22, 2027, with a 1 Mile Fun Run at 8:15 a.m. followed by the 5K (3.1 miles) at 8:30 a.m. Organized by the U CAN-CER VIVE Foundation, this upbeat event welcomes runners of every level, whether they are chasing a personal best, adding a fun race to their training plan or simply enjoying an energetic atmosphere alongside fellow athletes.

The course is open to walkers, joggers and runners, and even leashed dogs can take part. Proceeds go directly to cancer research, in line with the foundation's mission to create a world without cancer. Early registrants receive the official T-shirt and a finisher medal.
