About

Run for Mental Health 5K/10K/13.1 NEW JERSEY brings participants together in Camden, New Jersey, on September 11, 2027. The program includes a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K (6.2 miles), a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 1-mile (1.6 km) Family Fun Run, all starting at 7:30 a.m. The race supports a cause: raising awareness of mental health and supporting it locally.

Accessibility is the guiding principle. You can run or walk, be timed or not, and take part in person or virtually, depending on your circumstances. The family mile opens the door to kids and newcomers to exercise, while the 5K is a first real step up. Those aiming for the half marathon in September will have used the summer to build mileage and would do well to ease off in the final week. Registration includes a T-shirt, a medal and a digital training pack.
