Run For Foxy Roxie is a 5K (3.1-mile) memorial run/walk in Owensboro, starting at 8 a.m. on May 29, 2027, in honor of Roxanne Pickrell, who died of brain cancer. Organized by her family, the event supports the Roxanne Pickrell Memorial Fund, which provides financial help to local nonprofits.

In one edition, the race proceeds were earmarked for the Owensboro Fire Department's Puzzle Pieces Lip Sync Battle. T-shirts and awards are handed out at the event.
