The Run For Breast Cancer 5K/10K/13.1 SAN FRANCISCO offers a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K (6.2 miles), a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 1-mile Family Fun Run in San Francisco on August 28, 2027, with every event starting at 7:30 a.m. The race aims to raise awareness of breast cancer and raise funds to support the fight against the disease.

Open to all ages and abilities, it lets participants run or walk in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere, with optional timing. A virtual option is also available.
