About

The Run Dorney Lake Half Marathon - December takes place on 12 December 2026 at Dorney Lake, near Windsor, England, with a half marathon, a 10K and a 5K. Hundreds of runners gather at the famous venue where Team GB shone in 2012, many of them chasing a personal best.

The course is flat and fast, on a tarmac path around the lake, making it accessible to all abilities. Runners can soak up the legendary atmosphere of Eton Dorney, where Olympic champions won 12 medals, and collect their own medal at the finish. Refreshments and snacks are available afterwards to help with recovery, results are online a few hours after the race, and there is a podium for photos before heading home.
