Run 716 is an endurance event in Buffalo on August 1, 2027, with a 15K run (9.3 miles) and a 3 Person Relay over the same distance, both starting at 7:16 a.m. Organized by the Flying Bison brewery in partnership with Runners Roost, it takes place in the Larkin District.

Participants can enjoy live music and a post-race party at the brewery. Historically known for the Larkin Soap Company, the neighborhood is now a lively mix of commercial and residential spaces, restaurants and manufacturing facilities. A beer mile (a one-mile race with several beers along the way) is also offered as an extra activity, highlighting the social, community side of the gathering.
