The Ruidoso Grindstone Trail Runs in Ruidoso, New Mexico, offer trail races of 13.8 miles (22.2 km), 8.4 miles (13.5 km) and 4 miles (6.4 km) in the Sacramento Mountains, starting and finishing at Wingfield Park. On August 21, 2027, the 13.8 Mile starts at 7 a.m., the 4 Mile at 7:30 a.m. and the 8.4 Miler at 7:40 a.m., with a Kid's Dash also on the program.

The event supports the nonprofit All-Season Adaptive Sports. Participants receive commemorative gifts and finisher medals, with trophies for the top finishers in each category, plus free race photos and post-race refreshments.
