Rosemullion 10k

The Rosemullion 10k is a demanding multi-terrain 10 km race at Mawnan on 25 October 2026 (10am start), designed for athletes who relish a challenge. Part of the Cornwall Multi-Terrain Race Series and organised by Falmouth Road Runners, it begins with a flat stretch on tarmac before heading onto the rugged paths of the famous South West Coast Path.

Expect to cross undulating fields, weave through ancient woodland and run alongside the spectacular coves lining the north bank of the Helford River. The course includes a climb up a bridleway from Durgan and a steep, testing finish, making it ideal for runners looking for both technical terrain and breathtaking scenery.
