The Prostate Cancer Awareness 5K Walk/Run/Bike-Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of IL is a 5K (3.1 miles) walk, run and bike ride held in Chicago on August 15, 2027, starting at 8:00 a.m. The Prince Hall Freemasons of Illinois organize it every year to support prostate cancer awareness and research.

Held simultaneously in Chicago, Aurora, East St. Louis and Springfield, the event highlights the importance of screening, early detection and treatment options. Participants aged 12 and up are welcome and must sign a waiver. Proceeds go to prostate cancer research and fund free screenings for the community.
