About
Robidoux Rendezvous in Gering is a gravel cycling and running event on June 12, 2027, following historic routes once traveled by Native American tribes, fur traders and pioneers near Robidoux Pass. Alongside the gravel routes (Ponderosa 100-115 miles, Cedar 60-70 miles, Spruce 25-35 miles and Juniper 10-15 miles), there is a 5K (3.1-mile) fun run starting at 7:00 a.m.
Participants ride gravel and off-road terrain, passing historic sites such as wagon ruts and pioneer graves. The bike routes cater to different levels, from beginner-friendly options to tougher ones, with e-bike categories available. All participants get aid station support, event merchandise and tokens for food and drinks, plus access to activities before and after the event, including concerts. The courses are updated regularly.
