The Rise Up For Fitness Family 5K is a 5K in Burleson, Texas, held on May 16, 2027, at 8:00 a.m. It is presented by the Texas Health Huguley Fitness Center in support of the Next Step Women's Center.

Participants of all abilities are welcome, pets included, for a day of fun, fitness and community. Awards go to the top three male and female runners, with prizes including fitness center memberships, and the first 250 registrants receive a T-shirt. The event also celebrates the Huguley Fitness Center's recognition as one of the area's favorite gyms.
