About

The Rise & Connect 5K, 10K, Kids' fun run, Wheelchair fun race benefiting Marcus Autism Center is an annual walk/run at Cauley Creek Park in Johns Creek on October 2, 2027, benefiting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the Marcus Autism Center. The 10K Walk/Run (6.2 miles) starts at 8:00 a.m., the 5K Walk/Run (3.1 miles) at 8:15 a.m. and the 1-mile Kids Fun Run at 9:30 a.m.

This community event welcomes everyone from seasoned runners to families with strollers, on a certified course that can be used to qualify for bigger races. Beyond the running, there are yoga sessions, kids' activities and a hearty breakfast, and a virtual option lets people take part wherever they live. Organized by the Love to Share Foundation of America and the Global Organization for Divinity, the event promotes community health, education and universal harmony.
