The Red White & BOOM Freedom 5k in Cookeville, Tennessee, is a 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk celebrating freedom, held on July 2, 2027, at 8 p.m., together with a 1-mile Kids Fun Run (1.6 km).

The event is organized by Better Cookeville and Better Together to benefit The Exceptional Bean. There are three divisions: open, for ages 13 and up; veterans, for military participants; and the fun run for kids 12 and under. Local sponsors including LifeChurch and Coca-Cola support the event, and participants are encouraged to wear red, white and blue to honor American freedom.
