Run for Rainbow: 5k and Walk in Cleveland supports University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital through the foundation's associate board. Held on August 15, 2027, it features a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 1-mile walk (1.6 km), both starting at 8:30 a.m.

The professionally organized course offers a real challenge, with prizes for the top finishers. Every participant receives a race T-shirt, post-race refreshments and zoo admission to relax and recover. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, and guests accompanying participants need a wristband to enter the zoo.
