The Rail Trail 10-Miler is a point-to-point 10-mile (16.1 km) race in York, Pennsylvania, organized by the York Road Runners Club. It starts at 8 a.m. on August 21, 2027.

The course follows the York County Heritage Rail Trail and passes through a historic railroad tunnel. Registration includes chip timing, several water stops, finisher medals and post-race activities. Proceeds go to The Arc of York and Adams Counties, which supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
