The PPP3CA Rare for Rare 5K Run/Walk takes place in Topeka, Kansas, on August 22, 2027, with a 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk starting at 8 a.m. Billed as the Race for Rare, it is an awareness and fundraising event benefiting the PPP3CA Hope Foundation, and it can be completed either in person or virtually.
