Pike's Peek 10K is an endurance road race held in Derwood, Maryland, on April 25, 2027, organized by the Montgomery County Road Runners Club on a USATF-certified course. The 10K starts at 7:50 a.m. from the Shady Grove metro station and finishes on Rose Avenue, south of Montrose Road. Two shorter events follow, a 50-meter Toddler Trot at 9:20 a.m. and a quarter-mile run at 9:25 a.m.
