About
The Piermont Fire 5K is a 5K run or walk in Piermont, New York, on May 8, 2027, supporting volunteer fire organizations and emergency medical services in Rockland County and the Lower Hudson Valley. Organized by Empire Hose Company #1, the event raises funds and helps recruit new members for these essential community services.
The 5K starts at 9:00 a.m. and runs or walks along the scenic Piermont Pier, with proceeds shared with mutual aid partners. Age-group categories are offered, with awards for top finishers, and a non-competitive 100-yard dash for kids follows at 10:00 a.m. Every participant receives a custom event T-shirt while supplies last.
