Pedaling for Payson

Pedaling for Payson is an annual community bike ride in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, raising funds for the Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care. Proceeds support the center's Nurse Navigator program, which helps cancer patients facing hardship connect with medical, community, and financial resources, as well as the Gene Gillis Fund, which helps patients cover everyday costs like gas and groceries. Riders can choose from 16-, 30-, and 50-mile road routes, take on a mountain bike or gravel option, or join an indoor spin class, making the event accessible to cyclists of any style or ability.
