The Pathways 5K for Tennessee Children's Home in Knoxville, Tennessee, invites participants to run, walk or race a certified 5K (3.1 miles) course along the Ten Mile Creek Greenway in support of children who have suffered neglect and abuse in East Tennessee. The race starts at 8 a.m. on August 21, 2027.

Finishers receive medals, and T-shirts are available while supplies last. Awards go to top finishers in several age groups, encouraging community involvement in a worthy cause.
