Pandora's BoX of RoX Trail Run is a Tejas Trails event on the trails of Reveille Peak Ranch near Burnet, Texas, on April 24, 2027. Six distances go off through the morning: 52.4 miles at 6:00 a.m., 26.2 miles at 7:00, 13.1 miles at 7:30, 8 miles at 8:00, 4 miles at 8:15, and a youth 1-mile trail run for ages 12 and under at 10:30.

The trails here are beautiful and demanding, so this is a day for runners who want a real trail adventure rather than a fast time. Effort, not pace, is the number to run by: hike the steep sections, eat early and often, and treat every aid station as a checkpoint. Stepping up from road racing, the 13.1 or the 8-miler is the sensible entry point before the longer distances.
