The Outrunning Autism 5K & 1M Fun Walk in Louisville, Kentucky, is organized by FEAT of Louisville on May 29, 2027, with a 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk and a 1-mile fun run/walk, both starting at 9:00 a.m.

The event supports families affected by autism. It features a race, a walk and a fun run, with timing and awards, plus character appearances, face painting, music and a community fair. Registration is free for young children, and participants get water and a snack after the race.
