About

The ORRC Dual Duel takes place in West Haven-Sylvan on July 20, 2027, built around a 10-mile (16.1 km) track relay in which runners take turns passing a baton fitted with a timing chip. The relay starts at 6:30 p.m.

The program includes both running and racewalking events, plus a four-person relay option. The evening also features a 10K run (7 p.m.), a 2-mile race (6:40 p.m.), a 1-mile race (6 p.m.) and a free kids' 400-meter run (6:25 p.m.).

Awards are presented in several categories for racewalking, the four-person relay and the Dual Duel relay, with separate recognition by gender, for mixed teams and by age group.
