About

Oktoberfest Run 5K/10K/13.1 PHOENIX takes place in Phoenix on September 25, 2027. What sets this stop apart is its 5:30 a.m. start for every event: the half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), the 10K (6.2 miles), the 5K and the Family 1 Mile Fun Run. The Bavarian festival theme carries through, with a T-shirt, medal and finisher gift, a certificate, a digital training pack and online results, plus a virtual option.

A start that early changes how you prepare the night before and on race morning: get to bed early, eat a light breakfast well ahead of time and do a full warm-up, since the body is less ready to go in the early hours. Otherwise, the usual guidelines still apply: run an even pace over 10K and take the first miles of the half conservatively. The family mile makes for an easy outing.
