The NYRR Summer Speed Series #1 takes place on August 4, 2027, at Icahn Stadium on Randall's Island in New York City, where athletes race on a state-of-the-art 400-meter Mondo track. The program features a 5,000-meter run, a 400-meter dash, a 4x100-meter relay and a 200-meter dash, with racing from 7:00 p.m.

Runners can enter one event or all of them, whether chasing a personal best or simply having fun, sticking to a favorite event or trying something new. The races take place under the bright stadium lights, solo or as a team with friends, and a single entry fee covers unlimited races throughout the evening.
