The Night of Hope 5K, 1 Mile, and Family Fun Run takes place in Westerville on August 21, 2027, at the Westerville North High School cross-country course and McCann Stadium. The evening raises mental health awareness and honors those lost to suicide.

The races suit all ages and fitness levels: the Family Fun Run (0.4 km) at 6 p.m., the 1 Mile Walk (1.6 km) at 6:15 p.m. and the 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles) at 6:45 p.m. Local mental health partners will be on hand with valuable information, and awards go to top finishers in several categories. Proceeds support Westerville Education Challenge initiatives, including mental health programs and scholarships.
