About

The Night Glow 5K in Massillon is a 5K run and fun walk starting at 9:30 p.m. on June 25, 2027, with a 5K walk option and a Half Mile Fun Run (0.8 km) for young runners at 9 p.m. Known as the Jackson Night Glow, it is organized by the Jackson High School cross-country team.

This community-focused night race is lit up with glow elements and fireworks. Participants compete for commemorative medals across age groups, early registrants receive a themed T-shirt, and the top runners receive awards. Proceeds benefit local nonprofits, and the evening ends with a friendly get-together over snacks and drinks.
